About EliteSEO Consulting
I’m Evan Dang.
I founded EliteSEO Consulting in November 2022, and I’ve been doing the actual work — not overseeing someone else’s — every day since. There’s no team standing between you and me. If you work with this firm, you work with me, so who I am and how I operate is the most useful thing I can tell you before you hire me.
Why There Are No Case Studies on This Site
Almost every SEO agency site has a wall of them: a traffic graph trending up, a client logo grid, a headline stat you have no way to check — no baseline, no methodology, no way to verify it was ever real. Publishing numbers a prospect can’t verify is standard practice in this industry. It’s also exactly the practice I’m not going to follow.
I’ve been doing this since November 2022, for dozens of clients, many of whom have stayed with me 3+ years. Those two facts are the only ones I’m willing to state without the evidence attached, and I’m stating them because they’re true and I can defend them if you ask. When I have real, measured, client-approved case studies to publish alongside the methodology behind them, they’ll go on this site — not before. Until then, you’re evaluating me on how I explain the work, not on a chart I could have made up.
One Person Does the Work — That’s a Constraint, Not a Pitch
I sell every engagement myself, and I perform every engagement myself. There’s no account manager who sells you and then hands you off, no white-label vendor doing the technical work under my letterhead, and no offshore team executing a checklist overnight. When you talk to me about your site, you’re talking to the person who will actually be in your Search Console, your CMS, and your Google Business Profile.
That has a real cost, and I’d rather say it plainly than let you assume otherwise: working solo caps how many clients I can take on at once. I’m not going to imply I run a bigger operation than I do to close more business. If capacity is tight when you reach out, I’ll tell you that too, instead of overselling you into a queue.
The Other Practice I Run, and Why It’s Separate
I also founded Praxis Consulting (opens in a new tab), an affiliated practice doing strategy and management consulting — strategy, operating decisions, and the execution that follows them. EliteSEO does search and growth: technical SEO, local visibility, content, and AI search. Different question, different practice, deliberately kept apart.
I’m telling you this rather than leaving you to find it because the two sites link to each other and you deserve to know why: same founder, two separate practices. They don’t share clients, engagements, or staff, and nothing you hire one for is quietly performed by the other. If a search problem is really a strategy problem, I’ll say so — and the reverse.
Babson College, and Why It Actually Matters Here
I studied at Babson College, the No. 1-ranked entrepreneurship program in the country. I’m not naming it to pad a bio — it shapes how I actually approach a client’s SEO. Babson trains you to think like an operator, not a marketer: how a business’s unit economics work, how to read a P&L, and what it actually costs to acquire a customer against what that customer is worth once you have them.
That’s a different lens than most SEO people bring to the table. A lot of this industry optimizes toward vanity rankings — a keyword sitting in position one that never converts, a traffic graph that never turns into revenue. My training pushes the other question first: does the marketing spend earn out? That’s the question a business owner is actually asking, whether they say it out loud or not, and every recommendation I make gets run through that filter before it reaches you.
Who I Actually Work With
Most of my work is with contractors and construction firms, and with law firms — businesses where a high-intent search is often the exact moment a buyer decides. I also take on HVAC, roofing, plumbing, healthcare, and manufacturing clients. I’m not going to pretend I’m equally deep in every vertical that exists; these are the ones where I’ve actually done the work, repeatedly, since November 2022.
Reach Me Directly
No contact form routes to a shared inbox, and no call gets triaged by someone else first. Call (415) 634-5434 or email eliteseoconsulting610@gmail.com and you’ll hear back from me. I work with businesses across the United States — there’s no office address published because there isn’t one; this is a service-area practice, and I go where a client’s search visibility needs attention, not where a lease says I have to sit.
