AI Enablement & Workflow Automation
Most “AI transformation” pitches lead with a savings percentage nobody can verify. We lead with an audit of how your business actually runs, a roadmap of what’s genuinely automatable, and a before-and-after measurement of what changed — on your own numbers, not an industry average.
Built for Owner-Operators Buried in Manual Work
This is for a contractor, construction firm, law practice, or similar small service business where the owner — or one or two staff — is personally doing repeatable admin by hand: intake calls, scheduling, quote follow-up, invoice chasing, status updates to customers. Not a strategy deck about the future of work — a specific task eating hours every week, that we can actually watch, automate, and measure.
What AI Enablement Includes Here
Workflow mapping
A walk-through of how your business actually runs today — how a lead comes in, gets scheduled, gets invoiced, gets followed up with — mapped against your real tools, not a generic checklist.
A measured baseline, before anything changes
How long a task actually takes today and how often it happens, from your own logs where they exist and short logging where they don't. This is the number everything else gets measured against.
What's automatable, what isn't
Every task sorted honestly: safe to automate outright, worth an AI-assisted draft a person still reviews, or better left fully human — compliance and judgment calls stay human, named as such rather than quietly skipped.
Implementation in your own tools
Automation built inside the software you already use — your inbox, your calendar, your spreadsheet, your CRM — using free-tier automation software rather than a new platform bought and re-billed to you without your sign-off.
Before-and-after measurement
The same yardstick used for your baseline, measured again after implementation, over a comparable window — so the result is your own number, not an industry average.
Documentation and staff training
Every automation shipped is written down — what triggers it, what it does, which tool runs it — so your own team can maintain and extend it without us.
How Savings Are Actually Measured
No baseline, no claim. Before anything is automated, we measure how long a task takes today and how often it happens, using your own logs where they exist. After implementation, we measure the same thing the same way, over a comparable window. The result you get is a real delta — this task, this business, this period — not a percentage borrowed from a case study that doesn’t belong to you.
A New Service Line — We’re Not Hiding That
AI Enablement is the newest addition to the practice, and it hasn’t run a client engagement yet. We’d rather say that directly than dress up a first client as a “typical result.” What exists instead is a specific methodology — laid out on this page — and a founder who already builds automation and AI tooling that runs the research and reporting behind his own SEO practice. That’s a real, checkable background; it is not a substitute for a client case study, and we won’t pretend it is one.
How an Engagement Runs
1. Operations Audit
Workflow mapping and a measured time-and-task baseline, ending in a written, prioritized roadmap. You keep the roadmap whether or not you go further.
2. Pilot Implementation
The one or two highest-priority items from the roadmap get built and measured against your baseline, before anything wider is scoped.
3. Full Rollout
The remaining roadmap gets built out, documented, and handed to your team — with training, not a required ongoing retainer attached by default.
AI Enablement Questions, Answered Straight
How much will this save me?
We won't put a number on that before an audit, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does before seeing how your business actually runs. What we commit to is measuring it properly: a real baseline of your own time and task data before anything changes, the same measurement again after, and an honest report of what changed — for your business specifically, not a typical or average result borrowed from somewhere else.
Is this just SEO consulting with 'AI' added to the name?
No — it's a different problem. AI Search / GEO (a separate service) is about your website being found and cited by AI search engines. This is about your internal operations — scheduling, intake, invoicing, follow-up, reporting — the manual work your team does by hand. The tools sometimes overlap; the objective doesn't.
Have you done this for other clients yet?
This is a new service line — we're not going to invent a case study to make it sound otherwise. What exists instead is a specific, honest methodology (laid out above) and a founder whose own background is building automation and AI tooling that runs his existing SEO practice's research and reporting. If having a long list of prior AI-enablement clients matters more to you than the method, that's a fair reason to wait, and we'd rather you know that going in.
What won't you automate?
Anything compliance-sensitive, relationship-sensitive, or costly to get wrong and hard to catch automatically — a law firm's document review, a change order that needs a client's real sign-off. Those get named as out-of-scope in the audit, not quietly automated anyway. We also don't build custom software from scratch — that's a developer's job, not this service — and we don't make headcount decisions for you; automating a task is not the same as deciding to act on the time it frees up.
How is this priced?
Scoped and quoted, the same way our Consulting engagements are — not a fixed package. The Operations Audit is priced individually and quoted after a short discovery conversation, since it requires real time mapping your actual operations. Pilot Implementation and Full Rollout are each quoted from what the prior stage actually found, not sold sight-unseen.
